Brand Execution Representative

This thrilling job as a Brand Execution Representative (BER) will help us run events, work with retail customers, generate fun clothing and accessories and help with our back of house needs. We welcome our BER to be an influencer, have strong social media skills, generate brand partnerships and help with business outreach. Oh! Key Responsibilities

In addition to observing the standards of conduct required of all company employees, the responsibilities of the BER include but are not limited to:

• Providing the best customer experience in both retail and event environments.
• Merchandising retail and event products and materials.
• Comfortable with checkout protocols and taking payment during selling activities; This may include digital and/or cash payment protocols.
• Providing sales reports to the managers / owners during or after the workday.
• Support new business activities and business outreach.
• Reporting and posting appropriate content during live events in or outside the retail store.
• Making sure the brand is always well represented and looks its best.
• Perform other duties as assigned that may include lifting or cleaning.

Key Skills and Experience Required

• Sales experience ideally with apparel, accessories and/or event sales.
• Basic computer operating skills including handheld devices.
• Solid organizational and time management abilities, along with the ability to act independently.
• Be at least 21 years of age and have and maintain an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to perform physical activities required by the job duties including occasionally lifting and moving up to 50 pounds individually and greater weights with assistance; ability to bend, stretch, stoop, climb, and perform other physical acts associated with selling, demonstrating, and marketing product.

Travel 

• Ability to travel to the Wellesley, MA. retail store regularly.
• Local travel periodically (within 100 miles inside the New England region).
